You focus on a person's lips as they speak and though you cannot hear them, you understand what they are saying.

To use Read Lips, the person speaking must be [Close] or [Nearby]. The scope of Read Lips is one sentence (or a few short sentences.) You must roll Read Lips again each time you want to decipher what the person said.
