You surmise information about a person by studying them, the way they speak, the clothes they're wearing, their facial expressions, and body language.

When you use Read Person, ask the GM to identify a person's current emotional state, immediate goals, or way of thinking. To use Read Person on someone, they must be [Close] or [Nearby].
