Using clothing, makeup, or props, you create a disguise.

When you use Disguise, you create a desired look using [Supplies], which may include clothing, makeup, and basic accessories. You can use Disguise to produce one of three effects. First, you can make yourself unrecognizable. Second, you can create a look that helps you 'fit in' to a specific environment. Third, if you have [Advanced Supplies], which include prosthetics, wigs, and so forth, you can replicate another person's physical appearance, though this raises the DL by one. You may combine this third use of Disguise with Impression to "become" the person you pretend to be.
