With a straight face, you tell a lie, obscure the truth, or omit key details to deceive the person you're talking to.
If you use Bluff on a [Group], use the highest [Wits] among them and apply the effect to the [Group]. If the lie is unbelievable (GM's discretion), raise the DL by one.
