Cause: When you gain [Unconscious] or [Stunned], you also gain [Unaware]. You can also be rendered [Unaware] by other circumstances.

Effect: You are [Blinded], [Deafened], and [Off Guard].

Removal: When you lose [Blinded] or [Deafened], you lose [Unaware].
