Hearing Impairment

Cause: When you have difficulty hearing due to a condition or effect, you have [Hearing Impairment].

Effect: Skill actions with the [Auditory] keyword have their DL raised by one.

Removal: When the condition that caused [Hearing Impairment] is removed, you lose the [Hearing Impairment] condition. In rare cases, this condition is permanent.
